The members of our dairy team are truly passionate about superior quality products and together with Kathy Toussaint they keep a careful watch over their collection of more than 400 cheeses. Which of them are at their peak season and which have reached a perfect state of ripeness ready for eating today or within the next three days? Which cheese platter is the best as a dessert and what quantities does one need per person for a main course cheese platter? Where does this new goat’s cheese come from? A multitude of question that our specialists, including our Cheese Master Carine Dalcq, will be delighted to answer for you at the Dairy Counter or along our aisles. This passion combined with a refined sense of initiative and innovation is also evident in the varied assortment available in our self-service section including different farmhouse butters, crèmes fraîches and yoghurts in a wide variety of flavours all from small local and regional producers.
